Phone the SuperSeeker self-help phone service on: 13 28 65 . This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Australian Tax Office also maintains a Lost Members Register for super fund members who may have been lost due to address changes, had mail returned unclaimed, super fund transfers, or have discontinued contributions for more than two years.
